• Purchased time credits remain active and can be redeemed within 12 months of purchase. It is not necessary to remain a Patreon member (at any level) to redeem your time credit.

"Emotional Stabilization" always precedes "Processing" and usually provides immediate relief from emotional distress.

Services that use your time credits:

• Deep Emotional Work interventions through one or more online video calls with Matthias Behrends. You can participate alone or with anyone you like.

• Optional written or voicemail check-ins between sessions, if they are part of your Deep Emotional Work journey.

Included services that do not impact your time credits:

• Time during calls with MB used for conversations of an organizational or educational nature that complement your Deep Emotional Work journey.

• Time needed to resolve any technical difficulties will never reduce your time credits.

• You can reschedule calls for free. There is no minimum rescheduling time.

• MB will wait for you for 6 minutes at the scheduled time. If you do not join the meeting, MB will try to contact you. If unsuccessful, he will leave after 6 minutes and only 6 minutes will be deducted from your time.

• Optional: Feel free to prepare for the call(s) by sending information in advance so that MB can get an overview of the topics and ensure that the time during the call is used effectively. If MB has any questions or needs clarification, he will let you know in writing before the meeting.
